Turbulent Boundary Layers in Compressible Gases

This is a translation by D.B. Spalding of an original Russian monograph. It possesses
considerable importance for students of convective heat and mass
transfer in gases. It distinguished itself by its breadth of scope and
by originality of its contents and includes methods for calculating
aerodynamic drag and heat transfer under conditions of high Mach number,
pressure gradient and simultaneous mass transfer.
