Mr. Darcy's Christmas Miracle : A Pride & Prejudice Variation

Mr. Darcy is eager to return home to Pemberley for the holidays. His wife, Elizabeth Bennet Darcy, and his children -- a son and a daughter -- await his return to make their family Christmas celebration perfect.
As he is riding down the road towards Lambton, he meets a lady and her servants stranded on the road. They are not so innocent as they appear. Fate will divert Mr. Darcy from his safe arrival at Pemberley, but Elizabeth will not sit by and wonder where her husband has gone.
